Website package questions

What's the difference between front end and back end?

The front end is the part your visitors see: your pages, photos, text and contact form. The back end is the system behind it that stores and manages information, such as customer accounts, bookings, orders or stock, with an admin area for your staff. Starter is a front-end website; Business and Premium include both.

What are the 5 pages?

Usually Home, About, Services, Gallery and Contact, but we shape them around your business. Need more pages? Just ask and we'll quote.

What does the Premium package connect?

Your existing customer data, such as a spreadsheet or your current system, brought into the website; online payments so customers can pay you there; and devices like receipt printers and office screens showing live dashboards. Have something else in mind? Ask us and we'll tell you honestly if it can be done.

What happens after I order?

We confirm your order the same day, send you an invoice and arrange a quick chat to plan your pages. Once it's paid we design and build your site, then put it live on our hosting. If you already have a website elsewhere, we move it for you at no extra cost.

Is there a contract?

Packages run for 12 months and renew yearly. We remind you before every renewal — no surprise charges.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes, you can move up a tier at any time. We only charge the difference for the remainder of your year.
