Hosting questions

What happens after I order?
We confirm your order the same day, send you an invoice, and your plan starts as soon as it's paid. If your website is currently elsewhere, we move it for you at no extra cost.
Is there a contract?
Plans run for 12 months and renew yearly. We remind you before every renewal — no surprise charges.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes — move up a tier at any time. We only charge the difference for the remainder of your year.
I don't have a website yet — can you build one?
Yes — website design is our thing. Get in touch for a build quote, then pick a care plan to keep it running.
