igo2fix started with a simple frustration: too many tech companies treat customers like tickets. You'd wait days for a call-back, get charged for things that weren't fixed, and be left with more jargon than answers.
We started doing it differently. Show up on time. Explain things clearly. Charge fairly. Fix it properly the first time.
Over a decade later, we've fixed thousands of laptops, installed hundreds of CCTV systems and built networks that just work, across homes, shops, offices and warehouses throughout Northwest England.
