Mozilla Firefox 10 out today for PC, Mac and Android tablet
While the updates on the front-end are minimal it’s what underneath that counts, and Firefox has had some overhauls under the hood
Mozilla Firefox 10 will apparently be released today, bringing with it some minor improvements on the front-end for desktops and a big old dose of multi-touch support for Android tablets and smartphones.
Keeping in line with Mozilla’s plan to update Firefox every six weeks this latest version is aimed primarily at developers, giving them more tools and better support with 3D animations being a highlight.
For us end users however the main effects of the update will be felt by those who use Firefox on an Android tablet. With multi-touch support now included you’ll be able to engage with Firefox in what Mozilla believes to be a much more natural way.
